Size issue

Dears,

I have received the item but the problem was in size i have measured by your recordation
But the ring come losen little which is not good at all
My question there is any way to make it small ?
And it okay if i go the shop here to male it small or the metal ring not work with rework again?

Looking forward to seeing what can i do
